1. To love the Lord our God with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all of our
strength; and to love our neighbor as ourself.
(Deut. 6:5; Matt. 23:37; Lev. 19:18; Matt. 22:39)
2. To make the House of God a place of prayer.
(Isa. 56:7; Mark 11:17)
3. To reach as many people as possible with the clear and simple message of Salvation.
(Matt. 28:19; Rom. 10:9)
4. To be interdenominational in attitude and evangelistic in heart and action.
(Acts 10:34, 35; Acts 15:11, 28 & 29; I Cor. 10:33)
5. To make a clear distinction between personal tastes and Scriptural requirements, so as not
to confuse man's law (denominational issues, traditions, etc.) with that which is clearly defined
in God's law, the Bible.
(See Scriptures for Objective #4)
6. To base our fellowship on the love of Christ, and not theological issues and concepts.
By this we mean - many good and sincere men have taken sides on theological issues
which are controversial (more than one viewpoint) by nature. The result has been the church
attacking the church (much to the satisfaction of Satan). It is our belief that "born again" men and
women should be able to fellowship regardless of personal opinion or preference. Scripture
says. "Above all these things put on love, which is the uniting bond of perfectness; By this all
men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
(Col. 3:14 & John 13:35)
7. To "feed the flock." (John 21:15-17) The Word of God is able to meet the needs of people
in every area of living. (Heb 4:12) We shall therefore endeavor to, with the help of the Holy Spirit,
make the Bible relevant to daily living so "that the man of God might be complete, thoroughly
furnished unto all good works".
(II Tim. 3:17)
